Love, love, love Kukun. Over the past 6 months I have probably stayed in a Kukun property for 2 of those months. The staff is great! The rooms are nice! Amenities are great. We loved having the Jacuzzi on the roof in this kukun! There were some people complaining about noise, but it's not too bad. One night in 10 I heard a little noise. But c'mon it's zona rosa in Mexico City. Isn't a little noise expected?

Great location. Walking distance to many sites and amenities. We felt very safe for our entire stay. Units are clean and comfortable. We also really enjoyed the roof top terace and hot tub, especially after long days of exploring the city. It was a bit noisy from the street but it didnt bother us (recommend putting on a white noise app if needed). We had a great stay and hope to be back again soon!

The apartment was comfortable and spacious. The security staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in was a bit stressful for me as I am not very good at technology The location is very central and good. It is noisy , but that is outwidth Kuken’s control!

The location is excellent and central. The building is also very secure. However, the accumulation of issues prevented this from being a great stay. For example, the shower drain smelled extremely bad which permeated throughout the apartment. While the maintenance team responded promptly to address it, the smell returned faintly after a couple of days. There were signs of wear and tear throughout the apartment such as stains on cushions and furniture as well as a loose toilet seat. The cleaning team did not complete the deep cleaning as scheduled, but returned the next day to complete the work. The safe did not work for the first day but was fixed the next. The code for apartment access suddenly stopped working and a solution was found promptly. The quick responses to each reported issue demonstrates how much the team prioritizes guest experience. The multitude of issues and the need to reach out so frequently points to a need to proactively evaluate the space before guest arrival. It was unusual to have to contact the property management so frequently. Finally, the balcony was much smaller then I realized and the kitchen did not have adequate equipment (one frying pan, no pot, no toaster, etc.) I think this accomodation can be excellent with more proactive identification of issues before a guest arrives. Kakun is a wonderful concept and while I will check out other accommodations under the banner, I will give this one a pass for now.

Good place if you are looking to party

The place was easy to find, it has a great location. I think overall it was a good option except it is located close to a nightlife area and I could hear the loud music from the clubs until 5 am.

The room was nice, the staff was pleasant and helpful. The elevator had been out for two weeks before we arrived and remained out for the week we were there. We saw no attempt to repair it. The climb to our 3rd floor (US 4th) was steep. The thin CDMX air made it harder. We never usde the common spaces, roof deck, hot tub etc. as they were on the 7th floor. The street noise is intermittent sirens.

The staff was wonderful! We were there for a week. Had a 7 eleven across the street for whatever we needed. You could hear the music from the bar across the street at night but didn't bother us at all. The washing machine was a life saver! Wish we would have spent more time on the terrace and jacuzzi. We would absolutely stay there again.
