"The room itself was fairly clean, but the corridors appear a bit old and unkempt. They do have a microwave , dishes and a fridge. It’s a grimy good price and friendly staff too. The location is great though, block away from South beach"

"Location is good .. a lot of eateries nearby Beds were clean and good AC *took 15 minutes to be acknowledged when checking in. The staff speaks Spanish so if you don't speak the language you were treated with indifference as though you are dumb. There is a resort fee yet NO amenities on the proper except chairs that have NOT been cleaned. Pool was on another property as the one nearby happen to be out of service the day we arrived . Had to walk couple blocks to a very dirty pool. We were told...

"The place was really nice, my only complaint is the people who were above room #207, it's adults, but sounded like someone was intentionally stomping and walking around like an elephant every night.. oh and my bed wasnt made daily although the trash was taken out daily"

"Good location. It was under construction in parts of the hotel while I was staying. The valet takes forever but they did have a bunch of people so plan accordingly. There was 1 sometimes 2 elevators working at the moment so plan accordingly. Dont think you are going anywhere fast around chwck.out time."
