"Prior to booking verified with host that the building was not under construction. He confirmed it was not and all amenities were open. Their advertisement wasn’t clear on pool hours, dishes,etc. After booking we needed clarification and found out there is no coffee pot, pool hours only Fri-Sun. because near by buildings were being built. A 5 mn à pied de south point beach et d'océan drive. l'immeuble se situe sur Washington avenue où l'on trouve de nombreux commerces et restaurants. L'arrêt de bus est placé devant la porte d'entrée. La décoration de l'appartement et le design sont récents et inspirés. Les appareils électroménagers sont modernes (peut-être faudrait-il toutefois proposer les notices, pour gagner du temps sur leur mise en oeuvre) Petit bémol, on entend...

"Parking was very convenient and room was clean from the moment we stepped in!"

"Check in was a hit or miss. We weren’t able to get our code until we paid the security deposit which the link that was provided was not working so it was a bit of a hassle. Also, when we officially got settled we noticed a few issues throughout the unit. One of the rooms is missing a TV remote, and the TV itself appears to be glitching. Additionally, neither of the showers is producing hot water. We also noticed a few stains on the sheets and pillows, and the blind handle is broken as well also...

"Communication with staff before check-in was not ideal. Filling out a registration form prior to receiving access to rooms was inconvenient. They promise access within 24 hours of check-in. But that was not the case. I had to text the admin several times. However, the location is excellent with many (upscale/$$$$) dining options, supermarket (Fresh Market), and shopping options; all within walking distance. Rooms are perfect for the solo business traveler who is spending most of their time...
