"We booked our stay online thru Expedia in July. We arrived at 10 pm the day of our check in to be met at the door with the owner telling us they are closed due to a fire three months ago. We dispute the charges with Expedia and the Sunny refused to refund our money (according to) expedia. I am upset with Expedia as well. Had to call my credit card company and dispute the charges the lady with credit card company was appalled at the failure all the way around as well as we were "
