"Our room was long overdue for a refresh in the decor, fixtures, window treatments and furnishings and the valet parking service was one of the least convenient and most confusing systems we've ever encountered. Spring break and the city's decision to prohibit valet drop-off at the front of the hotel was probably the biggest factor in the valet issue but the hotel could have done a better job of informing guests. "

"The desk was barely staffed. Impossible to reach by phone. EACH DAY our keycard deactivated so we would get to the room tired just to be locked out. The parking was a nightmare. Mold on the walls. Horrible shower- it either scalded you or froze you. Pool was questionable we didn’t use it. Never bothered to look at the fitness center. "

"I enjoyed my stay, the pool was nice and the staff were great. I will definitely visit again "

"There were cockroaches in the bathroom, the bathtub was corroded, and if I had had a cut on the piano, I could have bathed there because of the corrosion and the risk of infection. There wasn't dust everywhere. It's clear the door was forced open before, which makes it seem unsafe. The elevators are also in pretty bad shape. It looks like they haven't been maintained."

"Only 1 elevator working that took forever and had to keep using the stairs. The free breakfast was not good just a bunch of bread and cheese slices. Hotel was run down and def not worth the price. "
