Felicita County Park is a 5 minute drive and you can park across from the park if the gate is not open to walk your dog, Also its a ten minute walk to the back entrance of Kit Carson Park with hiking, dog trails and a sport center, lots of people riding bikes. My daughter was celebrating her birthday and they prepared a really nice birthday surprise for her- balloons, cupcakes, a really cute plushie and a thoughtful birthday card.
