"Stayed at many places in Nashville as I return monthly. Many have been bought out and prices raised dramatically. As a weekday traveler I found this to be the right price and great accommodations. Location perfect and near lots of nice bars restaurants and shops! Parking not bad at 15 for overnight."

"Its a great place and bigger than hotel rooms which is nice with groups for more room. There is no daily cleaning as its not a hotel but front desk staff during the day would try to provide any help you needed. (Towel, toilet paper, etc) 6-10 minute walk to Broadway."
