"We had a few issues upon arrival, as the key cards didn’t work and one of the elevators was out of service. However, the staff were extremely helpful and quickly addressed everything. While these issues were inconvenient, they didn’t seem to be within the hostel’s control. The staff really went above and beyond to make up for the inconvenience, which we appreciated. "Our room was clean. It was a very bare bones room and had a sterile feel to it. It was pretty quiet."

"It was a great location, friendly staff, clean rooms. The only thing is the bathrooms. They are fine and clean enough but seem a little under maintained and some of the showers drains clogged and took forever to drain so there is always puddles of water on the floors outside of the showers. It is a loud location so if you need quiet just bring your ear plugs and you will be fine.
