Unser Zimmer ging zum Innenschacht wodurch es etwas dunkler war, im Gegenzug aber sehr leise (insbesondere für NYC Verhältnisse). Das Badezimmer ist bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch ebenfalls sauber, funktional und mit angenehmer Größe für zwei Personen.

"I had a very good stay at Pestana Hotel. The room was on the smaller side, but it was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, so it never felt inconvenient.
The highlight of the stay was definitely the location—it made everything easily accessible and added a lot to the overall experience. I also really appreciated the coffee machine in the cafeteria; the coffee was excellent and a great way to start the day.

"The hotel was having an issue with hot water and AC during my stay, but the staff were very apologetic. The issues were beyond their control and they let us know what was going on, so I did not count it against them in my rating. I loved the doorman who was very courteous and helpful. The suite was very spacious and comfortable. There was no view, but the room was very quiet and private."
