"Check in staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was mich nicer and more spacious than the Super8 room we stayed in in Joliet the previous night."

"Room was not clean. Window was left open either by cleaning staff or previous guest, not safe! Hair all over the bathroom, there was also a crusty wash rag that was leftover from the previous guest. Lots of cracks in the walls and ceilings. Blankets and mattress were both paper thing (literally all three blankets put together we're about the width of two papers."

"After a long day on the road, my wife and I were looking forward to a swim in the pool, but the water was freezing. I stuck my foot in and there was no way I was getting in that cold water."
