"My earlier concern of door to room hard to open turned out to be my issue of being left handed!!!! However we did encounter our coffee maker not working and when brought to the attention of staff, were very willing to replace. Staff was definitely helpful."

"Desk staff, manager, in particular, was rude. Would not correct a “glitch” (there words) in the booking and wanted to bill us for four rooms when we only booked two. I had the proof and they wouldn’t even look at it. Because they wouldn’t correct it, we checked out after one night. They still charged us for four rooms for the first night. Ridiculous! We will NEVER, EVER stay at a Best Western again."

"The owner was very nice. This is a quaint old inn about 15 minutes from Oneonta. I had my own room and bathroom. I heard from friends that the breakfast was really good, but I didn't eat there. The place was very convenient and well worth the price."
