Daily room cleaning service. room size is OK for London. Bathroom size is good and clean. I guess, recent remodeled. Just a little bit pricey, may be OK for London Soho area. Highly recommended."

"Great location, but the photos of the rooms were quite deceptive. Though the rooms are very well kept and clean, the images made the rooms look much larger. DO NOT STAY AT THIS LOCATION DURING A WARM PERIOD. Though air conditioning is listed as an amenity, our room was at 25C (77F) during our entire last evening. We called reception in the middle of the night, and a very condescending young man arrived at our room indicating nothing was wrong. I know enough about HVAC to assess that there...

"We enjoyed our stay at the Henrietta Experimental. Our room was in the newly expanded rooms across the street from the original hotel. The staff were nice and friendly, but not always present because they were manning two different desks on either side of the street. The room itself was very nice, comfortable and had great air conditioning. We slept very well and had plenty of space in the bedroom and the giant attached bathroom. "Beautiful hotel. Amazing stay for 4 nights. Breakfast was fantastic. Lots of options including fresh honeycomb from their beehives and fresh peanut butter maker! Rooms a bit small but very nice and very clean. Lobby is absolutely gorgeous! Location is excellent, close to many main attractions and underground around the block. We would definitely stay here again. Absolutely loved it!"

"The hotel has a modern, edgy design and a great location near Chinatown. The room was a little small, but overall comfortable. However, there was a blood stain on the bedsheet, which was unpleasant, and the sound insulation was poor — I could clearly hear the people next door showering for nearly an hour. There were cobwebs around the air vent, since my room was a corner room at the end of the hallway, it made me feel like nobody had stayed this room for a while."
