"Very clean room but was told at check-in to keep bathroom door closed when showering or steam may trigger fire alarm. Also microwave didn’t work, no soap, room temperature nor refrigerator was prepped for room occupancy "

"German cockroaches in the room, ceiling in the bathroom cracked and falling in. Room smelled like cigarettes. Didn’t even touch breakfast. "

"The room was beautiful and comfortable and clean ! The staff was friendly ! I dont recommend the buffalo wild wings next door as i recieved food poinoning from this place as well as poor service ! The warffle house across the stress is where to go! The hotel is amazing and location is right across from the mall! "

He made my stay away from home enjoyable from his good company in the loby to his excellent customer service to go above and beyond to ensure guest are satisfied with their stay. 10/10 will stay here again! "It was a nice clean hotel. Unfortunately they were struggling to get keys to work in some doors. 6 tries to get us into a room which included 4 trips up and down from the second floor. Then sent me to a room that had other guests…luckily the key didn’t work again. Finally had to try 2 rooms on the first floor, which ok…it’s now been a half hour and we’re finally in a room. Then at 2:30 AM they send other guests to check into our room because they failed to update their system to reflect the room...

"The room, property and staff were great! Even the bed was comfortable. However, the complementary breakfast was terrible. Eggs were straight water and cold, sausage was cold and French toast sticks were not even worth looking at. Very few plates, cups or silverware. I understand why it’s free/included in the room price. "

"Upon arrival, I was initially assigned a room that had not been cleaned after the previous guest, which was unacceptable. I was then moved to a second room, which was an improvement; however, it still had noticeable cleanliness issues, including hair on the pillows and soiled bed linens. Overall, the level of housekeeping did not meet expected standards."

"Nice attempt at an upgrade on the back side of the BNA. Location is good but removed from activity or Nasvegas stuff I tried every chair in the lobby and my room not one was worth sitting in for more than 5 min. Attractive yes, functional NO"
