"This is one of my favorite places to stay when I'm in Boston. It's at a great location for work and the area is great for walking around. Only thing I noticed was there is no safe in my room but other than that breakfast is good, staff is helpful and friendly. Room is large and they have daily cleaning."

"We used Lyft so can’t speak about parking, which is certainly an issue in Boston. The staff was professional and personable, place spotless, nice to have a 24h desk and small Tuck Shop for midnight snacks etc. Bedding and linens super nice, pillows and beds do comfy it was hard to get up. My better half asked me, How will it all fit? (?!what? What do you mean?) How can we fit these beds and pillows in our suitcase! "Hot tub was out of order, bandaid on bottom of pool, had to call for fix for tv, shower pressure awful and leaking, curtain slider off track, room service overpriced and food over bland. Very disappointed but front desk was only covered for elite members, too long a line with a tight schedule Very disappointing"

"I paid more money for a room that wasn't as nice as the first time I stayed. You had to request cleaning at the front desk. TV was difficult to work, stereo did not work and no one at the hotel wanted to fix it. No amenities in the room, not even coffee. Had to pay five dollars for a cup of coffee every morning in the restaurant. Wasn't worth the price I paid to stay there. For what they get, they should be willing to give you a little bit more in return."
