"Very clean and orderly. Typical free hotel type breakfast which is fine. Make sure you don't get a room facing or close to the NJ Turnpike as you will hear trucks passing by on the highway all day and night."

"When I walked into the room, there was a foul smell, and the tub had old stains as if it had not been properly cleaned. I also saw roaches, which was completely unacceptable. I left the room immediately and checked out due to these poor conditions. This hotel should not be rated as a 3-star property."

"Not as clean as I would prefer. Kitchenette area wasn’t fully clean and floor looked as if it wasn’t vacuumed or swept. Bathroom door had much of the paint peeling off. Seems as if new ownership is taking shortcuts to fix or update something’s"

"This place is terrible. It’s the worst I’ve ever been to. I got bitten by bed bugs that were laying in worth of five minutes. The place was really dirty and made me itchy. The bed sheets were stained and ripped. Hornets nest in the stairway. You don’t even get your money’s worth. Don’t come here ever!"

"Such a clean and beautifully maintained place. Felt very safe in this area as I was staying with just my daughter. About 1/2 hour from Six Flags Great Adventure but a really easy scenic ride. Also went to an incredible Hindu temple about 15 minutes away. Don’t hesitate to book."

The kitchen cabinet was precariously hanging on the wall, almost falling off! This looked quite dangerous and we were scared to reach in for any dishes. The sofa cushions were old and sank down, making it difficult to sit. The bed was so old and the mattress sank down so much that we were both very stiff when we got up! "This review is for room #106 and general hotel. Property is well lit but the entrance is a little difficult to find. The flagpole marks the entrance. Grounds look well kept. The inside & outside of the actual building looks well kept. Someone mentioned in a past review that road noise can be loud? We heard the trucks & cars but honestly, it was not loud at all. We were on the bottom floor, next to the road. Deposit for incidentals: $20 a stay. But they do charge $100 pet deposit. We did not...

"The photos and price fooled me. It's basically an overpriced roadside motel next to a bar and not a very nice or quiet area. Very loud traffic from rt 9. When i turned over the comfortor on the bed the underside looked so worn and dirty that i left. It would be passable if they charged $75 a night. It's not what you would expect for $115."
