"Bed was supposed to be king sized but that was the smallest king sized bed ive seen, at best thay was a queen size but they said that is their king sized room. Bed was very uncomfortable. When my husband moved it immediately bounced me on my side. Felt like i was in a trampoline not a bed. I asked them to make the extra bed in couch and they barely left any covers for that bed. I booked this hotel for the pool access and the pool was not even open. Not satisfied. Felt i paid too much for what...

"Sadly, the pool was not available and we had our 9 year old granddaughter with us and booked this hotel so she could swim. However, everything else was excellent so call ahead and check and see if the pool is available because we were very upset that it was not"

"This hotel is perfect, especially for their rate. Unless you need to sleep on cotton sheets (as opposed to microfiber or poly blend - I wish I could, but I cannot sleep), you will be very happy."

"The price is higher than other hotels in the area and you have to pay for parking and breakfast. Breakfast was good even though there was a cost. Fitness room served it's purpose. The pool was not maintained a lot of things floating and it was empty so definitely would have benefited from a cleaning. The sauna door was ajar so the light didn't say on and the settings should be adjusted. Women's Locker room was clean."

"The mattress of the king bed was not leveled. Instead of changing it, the staff gave me more sheet. The toilet was clogged, the staff told me that we dont have housekeeping after 4 pm so you will have to wait till tomorrow. Bad tub was broken. They had pasted a patch of glazed plastic sheet on the damaged area, which was very slippery. I slipped while taking a bath. Fortunately there was no serious injury. Quality of food at the breakfast was bad. Not a good value for money"
