"Overall good. Hotel is close to airport and is within walking distance. Metro is handy for getting around. We have 2 persons checking in but only 1 paper cup was provided for teeth brushing. Additional ones were given on request. Airport shuttle runs 24 hours but needs reservation and the van is small. Taking the shuttle from the airport on arrival would need prior arrangement. We were not able to contact the hotel from the airport and ended up jumping into a taxi and the driver wasn't...

"Very handy for the airport if you have an early flight or late arrival. Within easy walking distance. Not a characterful hotel, more a commuting stop over but fine for that purpose. Very close to the metro stop for Porto, in fact just over the road! Very tiny downside but annoying factor is you have to buy milk if you want to make a cup of tea! No complimentary milk at this hotel! "

"Nicely decorated and clean hotel. Staff friendly. I would recommend staying here for a night or 2 but not longer. It’s out of the way for any tourist attractions and with small rooms for 2 people it is small. Airport shuttle was nice and quick for pick up and drop off. They should consider using refillable containers for shower and hand soap. We would walk 35-40 minutes downhill to tourist attractions then Uber back up. We did not eat at the restaurant so no comments on the food. Grocery...

"CONTRO COMFORT STANZA: porta della stanza non insonorizzata, ci siamo svegliati ogni mattina alle 8/8:30 a causa del via vai delle persone e del personale di servizio abbastanza rumoroso (fortunatamente sul piano soggiornavano poche persone altrimenti, anche la notte, sarebbe stato un problema), cuscini troppo morbidi, tende che non riescono ad oscurare a pieno la stanza (se come noi siete abituati a dormire al buio), soffione doccia troppo basso (sono 190, mi sono dovuto docciare a ginocchia...

"This hotel was in a good location, just a little out of the hustle bustle but yet close enough to walk to town one way and a beach the other way It was always clean The front desk and the buffet were always ready to answer any questions that you had and very helpful The buffet was open at a good time 7 o’clock in the morning and food was terrific I would definitely stay there again if in Portugal"
