"Guy at the front desk was rude"

"Our stay was so much more than what we expected. From check-in to check out. We got upgraded to a suite and it was absolutely beautiful and precious. And everything was clean and comfortable. And I loved that they had bottled water and coffee available 24 hours. Breakfast was also delicious and such a lovely setting. We will keep this on our top list when we travel back to San Francisco."

"If you rent or have a car there is a parking garage right next to the CitizenM doors but it was $46 from 8:30pm-11:00am. Everything else was great! The bed was super comfortable and the shower was amazing. I loved the view and how the whole room was controlled by a tablet!"

"The hotel overall was very nice. The room was newly remodeled and the air worked great. The elevator is being renovated and there was often a large wait and also it was looked in disrepair. It was a great location. Parking was expensive. Parking was at the Westin a few buildings down."

I only stayed for one night & they double charged me the parking fee, I only brought one vehicle ($55 per vehicle!!!) & they double charged me for a single glass of wine the night I got there! ($23 per glass), so in total they OVERCHARGED ME $156!!!"

"The staff is amazing. The room needed a clean. No screens on the windows. There is only 1 elevator so during check out time and with the housekeeping carts, the elevator wasn't worth waiting for. I would stay again because of the location, value and staff, but I would bring some cleaning items with me."

I had requested a room on the 9th floor, but instead I was assigned an accessible room, even though there were clearly other standard rooms available.
