"The breakfast is the biggest shortcoming overall.
1. The breakfast time is only until 10 a.m. Who will get up that early? If this hotel aims to serve wealthy guests, wealthy guests do not get up that early. Extend it to 11 a.m. or at least 10:30 a.m.
2. The breakfast quality is quite poor, with very limited food. Neither the $20 nor the $40 option matches the hotel level. None of the five-star hotels or Relais & Châteaux member hotels has such a poor breakfast.

"Das Zimmer war kleiner als eine innenkabine auf einem Schiff. Kein Platz für Koffer oder Ähnliches. Kein Föhn im Bad.
Bad 1 Quadratmeter groß. Nur ein großes Handtuch. Kein Handtuch für die Hände.
Hotel liegt in einer komischen Gegend. 30 Minuten zu Fuß zur Innenstadt durch dunkle Ecken und über die Autobahn drunter her. Frühstück war auch kein richtiges Frühstück. Baguette, Croissant , eine Sorte Käse und Schinken das war’s. Frühstücksraum an sich total lieblos mit wenigen Plätzen.

"Room was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was no safety deposit box in the room and they did not provide hand towels. But this was fixed by asking for an extra towel at the front desk which we used for the duration of our stay. There was also only one pillow per person."

"Hôtel très bien situé pour des touristes qui veulent visiter Lyon en marchant. Endroit propre et personnel serviable. Par contre, nous y étions lors de la canicule et l'air climatisée ne fournissait pas bien les chambres en général (commentaires recueillis de d'autres clients séjournant en même temps que nous). 1ère nuit difficile. On nous a changé de chambre dès le lendemain pour une chambre mieux climatisée."
