We were so pleased we booked this hotel for the night before our very early flight. Not only was the hotel incredibly convenient for the airport, it provided a bit of luxury before our flight home. We had a large and beautiful room and everything we could have needed, including complimentary toiletries and drinks and a wonderful view for plane nerds! The staff were polite and helpful. Highly recommended.

We had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for sightseeing, shopping and restaurants. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to other travellers.

Excellent hotel, look forward to staying with them again in future. Due to an early flight I arrived in the morning, but nonetheless the staff were extremely helpful. The lobby was spacious and comfortable, with a wonderful view, and I was able to get some work done while I waited for my room to be ready. The staff informed me as soon as it was, which was very much appreciated, especially what appeared to be a busy holiday period. Room itself was lovely, breakfast was excellent and...

All good. Airport shuttle has been very useful.

If flying early out of Osaka KIX or landing late this is an excellent overnight stop. Shutte to airport only early morning but rail works easily. Fantastic views from many rooms...the Corner ones overlooking bay and airport are special. Reasonably spacious rooms for Osaka area. Excellent breakfast on top floor with spectacular views. Kombini store on 2nd floor if need anything, snack beer etc. RinkuTown railway is next door and a short covered walk away. As usual there are some nice Japanese and...

Could not fault this hotel excellent

Perfect, clean hotel, nice breakfast Friendly and helpful staff. Amazing value for money. 2 mins from Okoyama Station

We arrived early on a wet day and the staff were great! It was to early to check in but they dropped us at a dry café, gave us umbrellas and a phone for later. Once we could check in we got welcomed at reception with a drink and snack then shown to our room. We had the Naruto room which was absolutely amazing! Decoration, amenities and comfort of it were perfect, plus the exclusive merch and tickets included to the Naruto village and light shows. We also had traditional meals as part of the...

Meals are very delicious and adequate.

Great hotel . Bit on the silent location of the Awaji island ..You better have a car of you want to explore island as ithis located very far from all . This hotel is only for people who wants nice and quiet time , beautiful sunrise and fancy own catering. They will provide coffee /Tea / miso soup from machine at the lobby with cutleries . There are some local restaurants near by traditional Japanese /.Korean / noodles bar etc . Big shopping centre literally under 6 min walk will help to top up...

Great location near airport, plenty of things to buy and eat. Delicious breakfast and helpful staff

I enjoyed everything about the hotel - from the grandeur, elegance, food and location. Excellent value for money. Slightly surprised that you need to pay to use the gym but that’s a relatively minor problem.
