"The deal they have with Cheap Rentals was excellent. The rooms were clean. We had no need to communicate with staff so no commentary there, but that’s a good sign. "The infinity pool is beautiful. We loved the pool and hot tub area. The staff are all very nice and helpful. Our room was nice and very clean. My only criticism is that the room is in need of a refurbish. The shower head was not great. Wish there was a handheld in shower would have been better. Our shower head didn’t work well. The cabinetry in the room is old so looks tired but it’s a great hotel regardless. I recommend it regardless of the need for some upgrades in the room. "

"The lanai wasn’t the same one from the picture, and neither was the bathroom. Our lanai was dirty and covered in bird crap. I had to clean out the drawers myself before we put our items in, they had crap in it. We didn’t get what was shown to us, nor what we paid for. "older hotel, right on the beach/boardwalk so that was nice. good food nearby. room was fine, though old and beds were not particularly comfortable. could definitely use an update. parking in the lot was extra but there was enough free parking on the street for a night. there were a decent amount of homeless/drugs/trash in the area to make me feel not confident at night with the kids though."

"We booked a king room but when we got there they immidiatly gave us a queen room. I said we did book a king room. She said i made a mistake and booked a queen room. I showed her my reservation that said king on it. She was very snippy and said there are no more king rooms. We pulled up the hotel web sit and the web site said they were advertising king rooms.
