"Every thing was top nitch"

"I was on the first floor, so the ocean was certainly not in view, and there were multiple houses in front of this house-like hotel so I doubt there was much of a view on the second floor. "We had a wonderful time during our stay. The staff took care of us really well, and they have transportation pick up/drop off from the hotel to downtown. Wellcome drinks, snacks (cookies) at night, great breakfast. We'll definitely come back. "

"One of the worst hotels I have stayed at. Was old and tired and dirty and smelly. Terrible choice to stay there. Holes in curtains. Dirty coffee machine. Bathroom stunk of drainage. Floors in bedroom stunk of disinfectant and were sticky. "

"First thing first is that when I checked in the room was not ready and they made me wait 45 mins. Second was the Parking was an issue, Third, the staff was not helpful or nice about anything. Finally, forth issue was the staff kept peeing in our window, 9:50am and it was not even check out time. I find that creepy and this should be looked into."
