"This was the worst experience out of ALL the Hotels we have ever stayed at! My Fam from the UK came to visit us in Florida and we decided to Book 2nights in Biloxi and stayed at the Hyatt Hotel, Check in was a nightmare, the Guy at the front had attitude when I asked for more towels and 2 more blankets since we were 5 in a room we booked for which didn’t have enough towels and Blankets, he gave us a blanket with huge holes in it and said there were NO More and I asked for a few more packets of sugar in which he gave us ONE sachet and I asked for a few more he was not happy and gave me 4more sachets, which was clearly NOT ENOUGH! I asked for a few of the creamers and he didn’t give me any! I said never mind and went to Walmart to purchase some! In our room was NO SHAMPOO, CONDITIONER or BODY WASH! I asked the front desk guy if they had any he said no because the housekeeping staff locked their storage door so all 5 of us took a shower with no soap or body wash, not happy at all, the following day we arrived from an day outing and Casino hoping at about 11pm to come to a room that was not cleaned at all, no towels or beds made, no Body wash or shampoo or conditioner still, I had to ask for some and the same front desk guy said for me to come and get them he was u able to deliver them! I was very upset! So I had to go downstairs and get clean towels and I told him we needed body wash and he said he would get some from another room and bring it to us, after waiting a while."
