"I am grateful that someone saved this beautiful home and set it up to be a bed and breakfast. The place is charming. However, it’s not a true Bed and Breakfast as advertised on its official website. There’s no one to greet you, no warm greetings from a host or common gathering place for breakfast with others. Rather, you are given a code to enter the place and your room — and then you’re on your own. Some folks may prefer this — but we were expecting something more traditional.

"This was a place of character...lots of antiques and sweet little touches. We were staying there the night before we left for an outfitter’s trip on horseback. Bud not only got up early to fix us a great breakfast but also packed lunches for us as well."
