"Overall the stay was excellent the hosts were amazing and flexible suggesting places to eat for dinner nearby. The breakfast was delicious. The room was to a high standard and the bathroom was clean with a great shower. Only two reasons it didn’t get a 5 star. The road into the hotel is a dirt track and we had heavy rain and the potholes or rather gorges were filled with water and impossible to see how deep. "Wonderful place in prime area to stay."

"Road to the place was verg bad. 6inch deep potholes. Pulled into very muddy car park. Was shown to the room which was via a dangerous very badly lit outside staircase. I fell over in the dark via a very bad step, injuring my arm. Ws wers so dissapointed that we left early without breakfast. The room itself, although old fashioned, was acceptable and comfortable. Hiwevef, we cannot comment about breakfast as ws did not stay. Very disappointing experience overall."

Poor carpet dirty thick marks badley frade at inner door, flickering bed lights, Bathroom door not shutting, Bathroom wall paper miss coloured patchy ,Toilet loose on wall, Basson waist pipe cross threaded, Bath area two chains on plug and not connected, tiles not grouted, 4 tiles slack agents wall. No alcohol licence so could not have a drink. Male receptionist hard to understand. High risk of electrical fire or being hit by loose tiles."

"Yes I was late for 9.00pm check in , but the pub was supposed to be open to 10Pm which it was not. Did not answer initial messages about a refund and refused a refund after Expedia called to request one. Make you own mind up what kind of place this is. "
