"The staff were really helpful and knowledgeable. There was construction at every floor around the elevators, so we were first put in a room directly across from an elevator. When we walked in, the noise was deafening in the room so we turned right back around and they moved us to another room, on another floor. That room was hot and the floor was soaked from the AC unit running itself out so we had to go back down to be moved a third time. The staff were super apologetic, professional and kind....

"Refrigerator and microwave in every room, breakfast was good with eggs, meat and hash browns. Quiet not much noise or disturbance and a nice gym."

"The place is not well maintained. But the bigger problem was that because there were many flight delays and cancellations, the place was overbooked by maybe 100 rooms. Long line to check in. Desk clerk promptly announced to the 50 or so people in line that there were no more rooms available. Because we had prepaid for the room however, they held one for us. Restaurant was maybe a 2 on a scale of 1-5."

"The TV did not work. I work a lot and rarely watch TV. We wanted to see the World Cup consolation match then, perhaps a movie. The carpet had multiple large stains, and the room had residual cannibus odors. The man at the desk tried to give us another room; that TV did not work either."

"There was an entire floor of construction going on above my floor. The posted sign indicated there would be noise beginning at 9am, but the work started about an hour early. I was awakened by heavy construction. When I mentioned it to the operations manager, he initially denied that construction began as early as I said. When I showed him videos that included the time on my room clock and me going upstairs to see what exactly was being done - the entire floor above me was gutted - he backed off...

"Apparently the pool is closed indefinitely. When we complained as it was one of the main reasons to stay there, the staff said the website had it posted. It was not true at time of the visit. Also, on 2 separate floors - the ice machines were not working, you had to go to a different floor. One elevator was out of commission. Room was clean, poor a/c in bedroom of king suite but still doable. Both TVs shut off by themselves in the middle of the day while being watched at separate times. Not a...
