"Nuno the driver was very helpful and gave me video info where the hotel pickup was via WhatsApp. Similar to drop off, he made it understood what level we had to go to for departure. Nice to see someone like him with enthusiasm at pickup."

He answered our WhatsApp message and sent us photos and instructions on where to meet the shuttle and driver. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious, with lots of choices in the buffet. "Not a 4 star hotel. Super dated old hotel and they don’t even try to maintain anything. When something breaks down, they don’t even try to fix it. We came into a hot room and the AC was not blowing, and they tried to gaslight me. Make me feel like I’m crazy. But we booked two rooms and the other room the AC was blowing just fine. They made it seem like we didn’t know how to use an AC and they did not change the room until the third time we asked. The balcony area looked really gross. Everything...

"The staff is very pleasant and helpful! A nice downhill 15-20 min walk will bring you where the action is in old Porto by the river! The property is thoughtfully laid out with an inviting garden and interesting art work in the hallways. The washroom is clean and modern. The kitchenette is cute and functional. Great job team 705!"

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, the staff were exceptionally friendly, and my room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean.
