"Excellent location if you plan to go to Montserrat Monastery. On the morning of our trip, we left by car at 8:20 am and got to the railway station platform by 8:28 for an 8:30 departure— yes literally 8 minutes which even included time to park and purchase tickets for the cogwheel train up to the monastery. "it is a nice budget hotel close to the higway with confortable beds and breakfast included It can be an option if you do not want to spend to much money on hotel in center Barcelona. It is a little far from touristic area but only 20 min by express bus from the subway station center Barcelona. The bus stop is at 5 min walking. "Denied check-in for 4 people when there was a double sofa bed & king size bed. I've stayed in other hotels in Spain with the same arrangement and number of people with no issues. They left us stranded the day we arrived for our two week trip with no choice but to book new accomodations somewhere else last minute that costed us thousands of dollars since they refused to refund us or offer any upgrades."

"Such an amazing Gem of an hotel! Room was amazing.. food was out of the world! They use all local produce high quality ingredients no wonder they have Michelin star for consecutive ten years ! Out of the world dessert which you can’t find even in main Barcelona.. room was spacious and clean… they had cycling and beautiful ambience. They arrange taxi on request… overall it was an amazing stay and one of a kind experience "

"Room as expected clean but basic. Perhaps could have been better. Shower over bath no plug if you wanted a bath. Instructions for air conditioning would’ve have been helpful as we couldn’t figure how to turn off the first night. We were not alone. Restaurant good but lacked vegetarian options but staff were helpful only eat there two nights. Breakfast was good. Staff on reception were very helpful to find our way round taxis or buses to get to where we wanted. Spa was excellent and a must...
