"VIP benefit I don't know what that is. I did not get it. Easy to get from registration desk to the room elevator. Valet at no charge (maybe this was VIP not sure) but they were good. Not crowded"

"It starts with the check in and Bryan was great, in valet. super helpful. He assisted arriving and departing he gave us water, open the door, and even filled my ice bucket. Next comes my Check in and the front office: Jacob was friendly, professional and kindly gave me late check out which worked out perfect for my flight. Denise was awesome as well she checked in my sister. She got her the same floor with me and late check out. Five Star Service! Everyone in the hotel was friendly and greeted...

"My husband always stays here when he comes to & or through las vegas for work & has always been treated well whether he's gambling or not & one of the times I went with him I had forgot my wallet in the dresser drawer woth a significant amount of money & cards in it & didn't realize it till the next morning when we came back security had it & everything was there it could of been a totally different situation & we were so grateful that whoever cleaned the room was thorough as well as honest!!"
