"I only stayed for 1 night after 3 nights at the palazzo for Phish.i needed an additional day/night to decompress. For the value It really deserves for 5 stars. The hotel is a bit dated. The room was clean & comfortable. THE BED WAS SPECTACULAR. The food court was speny but good. 2 burgers & fries was $50. 2 chicken parm sandw I shes with chips was $50. The sit fown Mexican rest was average food and was even more expensive. THE OMG moment was when I went jnto the gift shop and bout a bottle if...

"Good: nice property, loves the access to the train and parking. Pool was nice, just ended up being too cold. Staff was friendly. Loved Eataly our first night. Needs work: the checkout kiosks wouldn’t work. I tried it a few ways. Just ended up leaving w/o checking out. The elevators had some kind of mechanical issue 2 of our 4 days. The breakfast was ok but service was slow- others got food way before us."
