"We stayed only one night and in the middle of the night a/c stopped working and I didn’t sleep at all. I called reception and they asked to open the window which I didn’t want to because takes away privacy. In the morning they brought me a fan but still the a/c was never repaired."

"We are a family of 3 (husband, wife, adult child), had a 2 night stay in Osaka. Room was clean and comfortable - a little tight with 3 beds but we were ok. We really appreciated the free drink token upon check in, the laundry facility which is just critical when doing international travel and the free coffee/tea in the lobby, just great for us! Would definitely stay again!"

"The location is PERFECT!! You are right in the middle of all the action. The nice thing is even though you are on a busy street, you couldn’t hear any of the noise from outside. The amenities they offered were extensive. The staff was nice. The room was good, there was space to put our two large suitcases. I would recommend this hotel."

"The hotel was pretty new when we stayed, so probably the cleanest it’ll ever be. We stayed in three hotels our whole trip and this was the biggest room we had. I really appreciated the space. The room has the toilet separated from the shower and vanity. There is a tiny sink with the toilet, however, no soap was provided there which didn’t make sense to me. The shower was huge. Something that really helped out was the vacuum bag station provided. Really helped provide additional space in my luggage at no charge. The breakfast had a good spread and was delicious. The hotel does provide service to send your luggage ahead but it can be quite costly! The only other downside is that with this being the last hotel we stayed at, I was hoping to get some help in arranging travel to the airport. This hotel provides no concierge service which may be standard across the hotel, but this is the only hotel I needed it."

"Super close to the rapit train to go the the airport and really nice hotel rooms. Big bathrooms, air was not stuffy it was clean and well ventilated. Quiet also!"
