"Every member of staff we met was friendly and helpful. We were lucky enough to be upgraded and our room was beautiful with a view over the river. It was quiet and comfortable and I loved the window seat in the bay window. The bathroom was enormous and boasted both bath and walk in shower. Unfortunately the basin taps were very difficult to turn off and trickled overnight but we were assured that this would be looked at and received sincere apologies for the inconvenience. We enjoyed a full and plentiful breakfast with bottomless tea and coffee. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed a little longer"

"Basic single room, not very comfortable bed, and i supose ia m not used to the road noise as i was kept awake by the traffic. The positive note was that it was cheap for £ 53.00 P/N. so i am not complaining. You pay for what you get. "

"The apartment was perfect in every way. Location to Dreamland, communication with host, cleanliness, the tea, coffee & snacks, with milk in the fridge was a very nice touch. The courtyard garden was a lovely subtract and seating very comfy."
