"This is clearly a very old property, which isnt the fault of anyone's. However, the A/C in the room which is MANDATORY if you want to sleep is so dang loud, you cant sleep. So what do you do... the rooms are TINY TINY. The pool was pretty dirty, we wanted to go in but decided against it. It didnt feel like a resort in any sense of the word...which it doesnt fancy itself like that I get but, its pretty rundown if im being honest. Staff is super chill, friendly, helpful as they could be."

"This was the highlight of our trip. Staff was great, super friendly and helpful. Our room was on the first floor, called the Garden Room. The AC worked extremely well considering it was the middle of June and hot as balls. Breakfast was fantastic! They even had mimosas! We will absolutely stay again."

"Beautiful House and Room, Staff was nice and attentive, Pool was comfortable, Breakfast was very good with a different variety of food each day. Very convenient location to Duval St. (2 Blocks) Carol was a great concierge. Will defiantly stay here on our next visit to Key West."

"We had a fabulous stay at the Duval Gardens, now part of the Southernmost Beach Resort Hotel (guesthouses) Great location and the breakfast in the morning on the porch was lovely. The beds were a little firm for our liking but other then that the stay was perfect. Kimberly took great care of us and made the stay even better! "
