"We stayed at Parrot Key Hotel & Villas during spring break (March 22–26), and overall, my family had a really nice time. "We had a great time. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. The beach and two pools are perfectly located. A easy walk to Duval st. The rooms are nice but not much storage or closet space for clothing. The showers could use some shelving for personal shower products. The food and drinks are outrageously expensive, so you may wa t to think about dinner and drinks elsewhere. Overall we really loved the place. The staff was amazing. We will come back next year. "

"The staff was competent. The patrons were pleasant. The rooms were always clean magically around the day. They did a really good job restocking the towels It was nice to have a different towel each day. we struggled a bit with the fishing poles, because the lines were always really tangled but having water sports available every day was a nice addition. And the continental breakfast has a decent amount of variety."

"My daughter and I stayed at Beachside for one week. We enjoyed the free shuttle that departed the top of the hour into town and the ease of two pickup spots in town to return to the resort. Every half hour would have been perfect. The on site restaurant was excellent. And the beach is nice. We took advantage of two excursions that met at the dock behind the hotel. Our sugnature king room was clean but furniture was not new. Nice bedding. Generally a nice place."

"The gentleman at the adult pool was Andre was a very nice man as was the guy Kim who drove the cart . The drink prices were too expensive we finally went out and got our own drinks. 8-9 dollars for a beer is outrageous when you can buy your own for a dollar each. The property and views were great staff all very friendly. Also you pay a premium to stay there already then to be charged $25 a night to park is nuts. Also the surprise bill when you check out is a shocker for multiple taxes and...

"Definitely not a 4-star experience and far from worth $1,000+ per night. The room lacked basic amenities—there was no shampoo provided, and I had to use shower gel instead. The hair dryer was also broken, and despite reporting it, no replacement was offered. The beach conditions were disappointing as well, with significant seaweed both on the shore and in the water, making it far from enjoyable. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations for the price point, and I would not recommend it."
