People were walking outside right past our window, there were tons of cars making noise with alarms going off, hotel doors were constantly being slammed shut throughout the entire night, and the ice machine right next to our room was very noisy too. We are silver members and no breakfast was given as most Hiltons are supposed to."

"We were three people staying in a king suite and the room was dilapidated. The bathroom had a crack in the ceiling above the bathtub that was leaking from the room above. Staff was not that helpful as they said there were no other rooms available nor were they willing to do more than 3,000 points to mollify us. In the morning, the crack in the ceiling opened up and came down into the bathroom tub and they finally agreed to move us to another room. In addition the sofa bed was incredibly...

"Staff was very nice, we got to check in an hour early. There were issues with amenities, tv wasn’t working and the sink was clogged. The bed was big comfortable and clean."

The outside property looked completely trashed with garbage everywhere and broken appliances left around. We tried to ignore it and hoped the cabin itself would be better, but it was just as bad inside. The cabin looked like it had not been properly cleaned in a very long time. "Mostly a great stay. Very clean hotel, comfortable bed, convenient parking. One elevator was not working for much of our stay, big problem in the morning. Not to be nit-picky on the elevators, but they appeared to be recently refurbished although the control panels are beat up and unreadable, many lights did not work. Friendly staff, front desk very helpful but forgot to process our laundry we dropped off."
