"I stayed 1 night in this hotel. I was greeted by Ellie at the front desk. Check in was fast. Room had a modern design and feel. I would stay again."

"We enjoyed our stay and I'm planning on another just to enjoy downtown Los Gatos. The room we were in had drywall falling off the roof in the shower, and I wouldn't recommend these rooms if you are not comfortable with sharing bathroom space-the trendy frosted glass thing in the bathroom was more transparent than another room we had stayed in, so if you're not comfortable with that level of sharing...it's important to know. Maybe because I booked through Hotels.com they give out lower quality room? But in general, the facility was wonderful, suited our needs, was as comfortable as a hotel can be. I would recommend staying there."

"The staff at the property was really friendly and helpful, but the property itself is slightly outdated. My room seemed like it hadn't been updated in years. Fixtures were cracked and broken. It is also incredibly loud at that facility. You can hear all the cars and the Central Air unit was really loud. The beds aren't comfy. There is no covered parking either. "

"The hotel is nice and stuff is friendly only I can complain is the breakfast , they serve the breakfast kind of late like example they said they will open 7 am but food serve 7:20 am, they need atleast 2 people working there not only one …"

"After touring and exploring, we arrived to finally get some rest in the room I had reserved and paid for. It was late for sure, and we were refused our room. The hotel had cancelled the booking as a no-show. The clerk scoffed at us for arriving so late, and offered a room…if I would buy another night. "

"It is definitely not the most modern hotel and needs some cosmetic updates BUT there is a lot to love. Location is perfect, very walkable, safe and lots of parking. They have free coffee and snacks in the lobby which was really nice after a long drive. The bed and pillows made for perfect sleep. It's quiet here. Bottles of ice cold water in the fridge was another thoughtful touch. Staff could've been nicer (smiles go a long way). Would definitely stay here again. "
