"Nice hotel overall. Choose it because it was close to Amterdam Centraal Station. Room was very comfortable. The room got really hot at nigth I believe, because of the season and cold weather, there is no A/C on the rooms, only heater. Could not open a window. But a nice stay."

"Excellent hotel in prime location! Free bikes so you can explore more! Staff is super friendly gave me a little note and chocolate as well as a late check out so this was much appreciated as I had a late flight. We also had drinks at the Lyan bar which has funky vibes and great cocktails. There is also social hour from 4-5p with free wine or beer. It seems to be a popular place and was fully booked but staff did not seem rushed-they were kind to everyone! Will defo be back !"

"Die Lage des Hotels war für uns optimal. Wir sind mit dem Zug gereist und konnten unser Gepäck nach dem Checkout dort lassen. Eine Bar mit tollem Aufenthaltsbereich stand für die Wartezeit zur Verfügung. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es im Hotel ruhig, Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen ( Klimaanlage). Das Frühstück war gut. Pancakes und weitere Eierspeisen kann man extra bestellen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich."

"3 stars not 5 stars. The hotel common areas looks really dated and need a refurb. The restaurant is very average. The rooms were nice and look like they’ve been renovated but the shower smelled strange and there were a number of faults with the lights, safe, and door alarm. "

"The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The food in the restaurant was excellent both breakfast and dinner. Fantastic location just off Dam Square - we walked everywhere! Only complaint very little storage in the room for clothes and basically lived out of the suitcase. Still highly recommended! "

"This hotel is beautiful and within easy walking distance to many of Amsterdam's cultural attractions. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend a room on the canal side as my room was located on the street side and the party-goers could be quite loud at 1 and 2 in the morning. "

"I cannot give this hotel a higher rating. I visited with my teenage son. We stayed for 3 nights. From first entrance of the building from outside and inwards, the wow factor is there. Everyone working there was so lovely, kind and friendly. The room was amazing with a tv built into the glass. After arriving to our room and already being amazed, we saw a handwritten and thoughtful personal note in our room and tulip shaped chocolates for us. It already gave an impressive first impression.
