"The location was ideal and in walking distance from everything. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the best we’ve ever had at a hotel, lots of variety and choice. We also appreciated that the hotel provided free water and soft drinks. Only negative was that the rooms are not air conditioned. The hotel provided portable fans but not the same as having AC. We would definitely stay here again but not during the hot months."

But on our second day we left the room at 9am, and when we came back from our day errance around 5.30pm to chill for a bit , the room has not been cleaned , the housekeeper then showed up at 6.30pm when we were relaxing before going back out for diner ... we refused service and had to ask for clean and dry towel...( that were provided instantly) Other than that weird housekeeping schedule .. and the fact the young staff at the desk was unable to give any information regarding , restaurants, Tram information or other classic tourist questions, the bed were super confortable , the location is perfect and we had a great time overall ..."

"The hotel was perfect for our needs as a place to relax and sleep after a day of sightseeing. It was clean, basic, air-conditioned, and very well situated. The decor needs an uplift however. The staff was superb! They gave fantastic suggestions for restaurants and they were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast offered a variety of food to meet any guest's preferences. I would stay there again."
