"The staff was so welcoming from the time we arrived. The hotel property is beautiful. It’s about a 20 minute walk to Florence but they also have a shuttle. I’m a walker so I preferred to walk but it does have hills. The breakfast was so delicious I miss it. They have free parking which was important to us because we were renting a car to drive to Tuscany area."

"Enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Villa Sul'Arno in early April. The accommodation was amazing, a beautifully conceived and comfortable junior suite with a balcony overlooking the river. The rooms were peaceful and calming, ideal for relaxing. The breakfasts were delicious with a wide range of great fresh produce. Staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Although a little further from the historic centre we found the location to be wonderful next to the river. The hotel runs a courtesy...

In the lobby there are 2 restaurants, a pooltable, a lot of seatings to just chill or work. Right across the hotel there is transportation to city or the station. No bad remark about this hotel."

"The hotel staff, service and amenities are too notch. The breakfast is amazing as well. The location is also really convenient to attractions. The room itself was very dark, which, we are dining is the case with European hotels. Each time we came back to our room it had a terrible foul smell, like sewer. Once we opened the windows and the air conditioner / fan was running it was fine, but we had to do this every day for the 6 nights we we stayed - in hindsight we should have “complained” but...

"Loved this small hotel. Someone was always at the front desk and they remember you on a lovely street with restaurants and shops but not too close to the hectic area. 12 minute walk to everywhere. Breakfast was amazing and you can sit in outside gardens. Our room had a terrace and we used it often. They even have free ice pops at the front deak. I have nothing negative to say."
