"Check-in was difficult. We did not get the room I requested (one with a fireplace) and the room we were given had not been renovated and smelled funny. Went back to the desk and he said there were only 2 other rooms available and he didn't know which rooms had fireplaces. I checked out the 2 rooms and one did have a fireplace which we later discovered did not work. I mentioned to the staff that while I had previously give a glowing review, I might have to give a different on this time and he said"I don't care". The worst."
