They tried to charge me $250 for a chair that was supposedly damaged, even though it was already broken when I arrived. Instead of handling the situation professionally, they immediately blamed me and attempted to force an unfair charge. "The heavy curtain that blocks out light had a huge tear in it. The outside shower curtain had mold on the top corner. The soap dish holder had cracks in it. The carpet smelled bad and looked really worn out. Overall, the inside of the property is pretty worn down. Bistro area had old scratched tables and chairs. Couches had stains. I will not choose this property if I ever visit the area again. The staff was mediocre… only one person was professional and helpful. Nobody could tell me why...

"Blood stain on my pillow, dirty foam in the hot tub and the exercise room smelled like sweat. The breakfast attendant was great and they did apply a discount due to the stained pillow. The bed was comfortable and convient location"
