"It as close to the beach, but found out after paying full price for tickets to the beach- that we could have gotten in for 5.00 with vouchers from the front desk….
The room was FILTHY, the beds were rock hard, the room was damp, the air didn’t work well, and the toilet got clogged.
The room was not ready at check in, the front desk staff was rude about it, and the phone to call the front desk did not work."

"We had a wonderful stay at Black Bear Lodge. The property was very clean, the area was quiet, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The gentleman at check-in was very friendly and welcoming.
