"NO AC. If you're traveling with an infant and kids, and it's during the summer, don't stay here. It's way too hot in the rooms and very uncomfortable. I've booked a lot of rooms on differents websites and never had to check and see if a hotel has AC. I did double check on expedia after we got to our room, and it does only say heater. It doesnt say anything about AC. They do leave 2 fans in the room. We put one on the window to push out the hot air, and we turned on the other one in the bedroom...

"We were able to check in a little bit before 4. Asked for a room with a view of Tahoe if available. Got a beautiful suite. There was only one towel. Called housekeeping upon discovery. Enjoyed the balcony till dinner time. Good meal in the steakhouse. Reached out to front desk about issue with getting into parking garage as cards didn't seem to work. Got a new card. As we headed to concert, stopped at front desk and stated still did not have more towels. Never did get towels. Room was quiet...

"Affordable place to stay in SLT. Clean modern premises, spacious room. We stayed from Thursday to Sunday and only Sunday morning was loud walking above us and slamming doors otherwise it was pretty quiet all nights. The continental breakfast was all right but at least its included for free. You can have some coffee, sausage and eggs before you start your day. Overall, we would stay here again - the price was more affordable than anything else."

"The property location is amazing easy walk to the downtown area. I really like that both bedrooms had their own bathroom. The beds were really comfortable in the kitchen had everything that we needed.
Our one huge complaint is the parking. Two nights in a row we were forced to park on the street about half a block away due to not having any assigned parking spot. They give you a parking pass however they don’t monitor these so there were more cars than they were parking spots or people park...

"I picked this resort because of its size and the bar. The whole time I was there the bar was not open.
When we got to our room, it was supposed to be two beds and we only got one. Also, the toilet seat was a little dirty and we never got our robes.
Oh and the parking sucks. Staff were great and breakfast was delicious at a reasonable price."

"Location, location, location. The location is outstanding. The lodge is right on the beach. Every room has a lake view. My wife and I were in a room with a full lake view. It was awesome sitting on the balcony, early morning, and at sunset.
The Lodge itself is very dated. I mean, very dated. It was clean, however. The staff was nice but not very helpful. We asked for extra towels on three separate occasions and never received a one.
The question: Would we go back? Yes, in a heartbeat! Why,...
