"Good location, great air conditioning, comfortable bed, and helpful staff. We stayed here for easy access to Termini. The room was cute, but the bathroom was a bit tired. Our room had a balcony that was located on the interior of the building, which was dark on sunny days, so we had to use the lights during the day."

"From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff made us feel welcome. They answered all of our questions, gave us great recommendations, and went above and beyond helping us when one of our passports was stolen while we were at the Vatican. They even arranged additional lodging for us when we had to extend our stay. Our room was clean, beds comfortable and surroundings quiet. Was so nice to have the breakfast buffet each morning, with good food and staff that was attentive to our needs. Would...

"The staff during our stay were excellent. Christina was very helpful in pointing out unique sites and restaurants and booking us a cab to the airport. The rooms were comfortable and clean and very ‘roomy’.
We were a three room reservation and they opened one room early so we could leave our luggage while we set out for the day. Relatively close to the train station. 15mins walk. 1/2 hour cab ride to the airport at 6:30 in the morning.
I would definitely recommend this hotel in Rome"
