Hotel murah di Montrose

"The first room that they assigned me had bugs in the bed. After attempting several room changes that were located either next to the first room with bugs in the bed, or just below it, they assigned me a very clean room at the opposite end of the hotel. I have pictures of these bugs. After the room change, the room that I stayed in was very clean. The breakfast was nice and hot and had several choices."

"We didn’t actually get to stay there because our flight was changed to due to bad weather and we didn’t buy the insurance for this stay. Neither the hotel or Expedia would allow us to change our reservation to the next night "

"The king room we booked had a bad A/C so they put us in a different room with two beds. The room was clean but we found a pair in socks between the beds. The mattress was very soft and not comfortable. Then the TV went out. I called now at 6 pm and the front desk lady said there was no one there to fix it. Said she didn't know anything about the TV just shut it off and wait to turn it back on. I asked what we were supposed to do if it didn't work and she just kept saying she was the only one...

"Friendly and efficient staff. Property desperately in need of update. Room had moldy smell, body wash containers empty and furniture old. Breakfast continental and very small selection. "

"I was surprised how nice this hotel and rooms were. Staff was well above average. I will only stay at this hotel when in the area going forward!"

"The best thing was the dining & bar , the food was delicious & the staff was amazing.The room was horrible, stains on the furniture. The shower head was falling down.The shower needed replacing,old & full of rust. Room smelled sour and Full of mold when we walked in.Floors looked like their never been mopped or swept.Never would I ever book this hotel again."

"The Breakfast was ok the 1 day I went down to eat. The morning weekday staff were much more professional and gave better customer service. We checked in on a Saturday and come not get any service for the running toilet in our room until Monday morning and they moved us to another room. The closet door was broken and had tried to be pepaired with some putty or something. The bed was squeeky and mattress what's sunken in in our 1st room. ."
