"The rooms were ok pretty clean but for being so new already had grout missing in the tile. If you are staying for a rugby match 10/10 on location. If there for the city and you do not have a car it is not an ideal location. Luckily we had a rental car so it was perfect for us."

The main downside was the facilities, which felt limited for this level of hotel — a pool or jacuzzi would have made a big difference.
