"Stayed 3 nights at the Hilton Galveston and left underwhelmed. Traveling with a crawling baby, cleanliness is non-negotiable for us and the floors were clearly not properly mopped. I ended up mopping the room myself, which is not what you expect at a Hilton-priced property. The in-room phone didn’t work, so housekeeping requests had to go through a text number that went unanswered for hours. To make matters worse, housekeeping won’t clean your room or restock essentials unless you explicitly...

"The cleaning staff failed to restock room prior to my arrival, therefore; I had to go to the front desk twice to get the items missing from the room ( no toilet paper in room at all and only 1 towel and 1 wash cloth) . Makes you question if the room had been properly cleaned. Indoor pool was freezing cold . Parking inconvenient. Only allowed to park in back, can not park in front of hotel or will be towed the front desk stated. Front door is located in front."

"Expedia customer service booked the wrong date for our May 29th check in check out May 30th at the La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham in Sugarland. The front desk and my daughter called Expedia and the lady on the phone said you have it booked for thee"
