The longest wait times for elevators we have ever encountered. Three elevators, yet our shortest wait for one was 8 minutes! "This hotel is good but has so much potential to be great. The staff are all so nice and helpful when they can be. The reviews about the lack of television is true. Unless you travel with a FireStick, you will be out of luck with tv in the room. One of the lights in my room didn’t work(I did inform the front desk but decided it wasn’t a big deal(for me)). There famous caffe Paradiso is only a 7 min walk and a 5 min walk to Leons bagels! The hotel provided a free water dispenser down in their lobby as well as free coffee and teas. They also provide free yummy croissants in the mornings. I would definitely stay here again."
