"Our stay was fine, except breakfast was skimpy, of low quality witj minimal choice. Other reviewers talked up thr breakfast, but not our rxperience."

"It’s rated as a 5 star…. The hotel room : the bathroom tile had a big chunk missing out of the floor , in which was directly located outside the shower , my partner hit his toes on it (lucky it didn’t slice ) as it was extremely sharp , the hall light in the room didn’t have power and the ac in the room did not work properly . We were then switched to another room after telling the front desk , to then see the floor in the bathroom had dirt and mildew built up around the bath tub....

"This property must be in the wrong part of town. Three vagrants were sharing a bottle of whiskey in front of the door as we arrived. We spent about 10 minutes in the facility considering our next move. We did not see even one guest in the lobby, elevator, hallways, or dining room while we were there—the place appeared abandoned. We did not check in but went to another hotel instead. Expedia refused to refund our money. Avoid Expedia—they handled this problem terribly!!!"

"I wrote three messages in the spot that said Contact us. Not one response. The thermostat did not work and the unit was freezing. Despite setting it to 22c, the room temp never climbed above 17.6c. (I have a photo.) We could not stand being so cold and booked other accommodation for our second night. The phone number/extension number did not work either. Why would they put us in the furthest possible room from the check-in desk? The beds were comfortable and clean but we had to use the pillows...

"We were very happy with our stay at this hotel and will certainly use it again. The room was clean and while basic certainly met our needs. The beds were very comfortable. Connected to to motel is a very good restaurant which we also recommend. Overallvery satisfied with our stay"
