"Excellent staff, very welcoming and helpful. Overall the stay was great! Just a few areas that were not giving the 5 star feeling. The pool deck had some brown spots, although I know it’s “wear and tear” a little sprucing up would make a whole difference. I think the chemicals in the hot tub were a little off, the water was a bit “cloudy”. Upon our departure some painters had set up in the second floor hall as they were going to start their work. Would stay again!"

"We stayed at this hotel for three nights. Overall, it wasn’t as new as it looked in the photos, but the room was clean and comfortable enough. The breakfast was exactly the same every morning—nothing special, but it does fill you up. The parking lot is large, so parking was never an issue. The staff were okay, not particularly warm or welcoming, but they handled the basics. We stayed during Easter, which I guess is the off-season, so it wasn’t very crowded. "Very clean interior with welcoming temperature, atmosphere and staff. Parking lot is a bit tight for space but manageable. Good access/egress from two possible directions with the south one controlled by traffic lights."

"Parking easy, clean room, staff friendly. There was a youth sports team here with a big bus which concerned us a lot, but everyone was reasonably well restrained. Had one "knock and run" at our door, and the breakfast was pretty overrun with them, but honestly everyone was kept under control and great. Kids will be kids. Would stay again. Would stay again even if there was a sports team staying. Wasn't intrusive, which is more than I've experienced in other hotels. ,"

"The driveway and parking lot were pot hole riddled. That was harsh. Breakfast was the standard breakfast. The coffee was hot, the food was good. There was also free coffee in the lobby to access at any time. That was great. The hotel is pet friendly. The room was good. Very clean. However, the only power outlet in the bathroom did not work. Had to dry my hair next to the window. The staff were very helpful and more than pleasant to speak with. "

"I was grateful for the parkade parking attached to the hotel. It was nice to have the vehicle in covered parking which felt secure and not being exposed to the elements outside, since it was raining wow heavily. Our check-in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was exactly what we needed and was clean. The free breakfast was awesome. I'd stay here again for sure"

"Nice place. Would have been quiet but there were many snowmobiles coming and going and people partying in their rooms with their doors open. Beds weren’t the most comfortable, but they did alright for the two nights we were there. No where when booking did it state there was a $200 deposit required, so that was a bit of a shock. "

"Bring your own soap, shampoo. Parking is far if small parking lot is full. Otherwise, it was clean, comfortable and quiet and the price was excellent."

"Because of renovations at this property, the wonderful staff had moved us to their neighboring property…..no extra charge! We were not inconvenienced in anyway because of the very kind & friendly staff. We will be returning on our next visit to Sudbury!! Thank you 😁✌️"
