"When we arrived the property was clean as usual. Overall I am satisfied with the stay but considering the cost of the rooms here you should receive water that is not $8 dollars each and a microwave should be standard in the rooms considering lower scale rooms have them available. "

"I recently stayed at The Villa in the Euro Room, and it was such a lovely experience. The mansion was incredibly clean and beautifully styled, with so many charming details to admire. "This was a very clean and beautiful place to live. The ease of access and keyless entry made it easy to entry exit. There was a security guard at the entrance, safety was great. Location was close to dinning places and walkable to major places in chicago city."
