"Stop looking and stay here! Fabien’s hospitality made it so worth it. Met us upon arrival, very clear instructions and he brought us a fresh breakfast in the morning. Flat has everything a family of 4 (two young teen kids) could need. The location couldn’t be better, minutes away from historic sites and amazing food options. No street noise. Can’t say enough about how great the stay was, will return and stay here again, without hesitation. Merci Fabien!"

"The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. The restaurant was good. However there is nothing else around. We were on our way to La Rochelle and it was a good stop off point for one night. Staff were helpful and very pleasant. Parking very easy and just of the autoroute"

"Sadly we didn't get to spend much time around the hotel as we had so much planned, however it was in a beautiful setting and the morning continental breakfast was lovely. The family room we booked felt a little tired in places and could do with a little TLC/maintenance just to bring it back up to standard. "The staff were very helpful and friendly. The single person room was spacious (even though we added an extra person) and very clean. The air conditioning was exceptionally appreciated as our stay was during a heatwave. Breakfast was brilliant- locally sourced goods, homemade cakes, lots of choice. Well worth the 16€. Our one piece of feedback would be the lack of shower- there was a bath with a very low shower head and no shower curtain. It would have been nice to have been told at time of...

"A charming manor house with beautiful grounds, close to the Chateau de Chantilly. Delicious breakfasts served by the friendly and welcoming host."

"Basic at best. Location is on the outskirts of town in a petrol station. Bit of a walk (15min) into the town. Breakfast was really poor. There was no lighting as overhead lights had failed. (I did see people working on them the previous night, but obviously did not fix them). We had cycled from London to Paris. No bike storage, but staff said we could keep them stored in a conference room downstairs. "

"A pretty misleading description on Expedia. I do not recommend this for families that want to book the room with bunks. The bathroom is shared, there was no soap, hand sanitizer or toilet seat cleaner. It was loud, we had no pillows in our room and the floor was covered in cracker/food crumbs. The garden area was overgrown and full of garbage. And there were stray cats everywhere. We booked 2 nights, stayed for 1 and booked another hotel not too far away."
